1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the software-as-a-service platform provided by Upnia. By registering, you accept these terms.
2. Contract Formation
The contract is concluded by registering on our platform and confirming your account.
3. Services
Upnia provides a feedback management platform that enables the collection, prioritization and publication of product feedback and roadmaps.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Current prices can be found on our pricing page. Payment is processed via Stripe. In the event of payment default, we reserve the right to restrict access to the platform.
5. Termination
The subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of the respective billing period. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.
6. Liability
Upnia is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
